Project Description

Galliart Properties is a Philadelphia, Pennsylvania based real estate firm specializing in brownstone sales and purchases.

Project Scope: Identity package designs for the firm's logo, stationary, posters, promo mailers, and a style guide for colors, fonts and branding.

Design Direction: The designs present a style of class and sophistication using gold and dark greys as the central color scheme. Artwork featured in promotional materials are desaturated and re-colored with hints of dark brick red tones and light greys. Most of the print materials use a gold foil over the logo and text or a spot UV coating over an invisible logo impression. The logo takes the GP initials and encircles them into a unique and symmetrical monogram that can be used on several print and online applications.
